Zero Karma Life is a lifestyle of simple living and high thinking. There are 4 practices addressing the needs of the body, mind, intelligence and heart/soul. The "Yoga of Food" serves to share a (saatvik) diet most conducive for spiritual life/yoga. "Reflections" are precisely that - sharing of realizations/musings. "Mantra" refers to the journey of the heart through the medium of of sacred sounds - mantra meditation and kirtans.
